Prosun Niyogi has been the Vice President and Managing Director of Middle East & Africa (MEA) MedTech at Johnson & Johnson since September 2024.
Prosun has held several leadership roles in the regional and global MedTech organization during his six years at the company. He is committed to transforming healthcare delivery and expanding access to care. His primary focus is on addressing unmet patient needs, empowering leaders and mobilizing teams to drive strategic growth initiatives, and enhance patient outcomes across Johnson & Johnson MedTech's diverse portfolio, including areas such as surgery, orthopaedics, and interventional solutions.
Previously, Prosun served as Vice President and Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Netherlands, following his tenure as Vice President, Global Pricing Strategy for MedTech based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA.
Prosun's career spans over 20 years, starting at IBM, where he progressed through engineering and R&D leadership roles to global commercial account responsibilities. He also held various commercial strategy roles at organizations such as Accenture, Intel, and JCPenney.
During his time in the Netherlands, Prosun actively participated in AmCham NL and served as a Board member of the Johnson & Johnson Netherlands GM council. He also held the position of the Netherlands Executive Sponsor of the Alliance for Diverse Abilities, demonstrating his commitment to inclusion and diversity within the organization.
Prosun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a global citizen, having lived and worked in North America, Europe, and Asia, and currently resides in Dubai, UAE.
