Said Haddad is now the Vice-President Ethicon EMEA, Johnson & Johnson.
Said moved to Dubai from the United Sates in June 2012 to assume the role of General Manager, DePuy Synthes Middle East and Africa. Previously, as Worldwide Director of Joint Reconstruction in Warsaw, Indiana, USA, he was charged with leading the Hip and Knee platforms globally. Prior to that role he was Director of Knee Marketing for the United States. He joined DePuy US in 2006 as a Group Product Director and led the critical launch of Sigma High Performance Instruments. He began his Medical Device career in EMEA holding various roles in both Germany and the UK. Said started his career with our company in the year 2000 after joining Johnson & Johnson Consumer in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Said holds an MBA from American University, Kogod School of Business, in Washington DC, and has Bachelor degrees in Biology and Business Administration from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. He has also completed the Executive Education Program in Global Business Leadership from Harvard Business School in Boston MA.
In addition to his work experiences, Said also holds US patent 8265949B2 “Customized Patient Surgical Plan”.
